The New Trick to Reducing Stress Without Losing Focus

Burnout and stress can make it hard to focus and keep up at work. That pressure builds, creating a cycle that’s tough to break.

If you’re looking for a way to ease workplace stress without feeling drowsy, try CBDistillery’s Daytime Calm gummies.

Each serving contains 50mg of CBG, a non-intoxicating compound derived from hemp, formulated to support calm and daytime focus.

In a 2022 CBDistillery study, CBG was associated with:

  • Increased focus and mental clarity

  • Reduced mild, temporary anxiety

Like all CBDistillery products, Daytime Calm gummies are third-party lab tested for quality and consistency.

Hello, welcome! Take a look inside kaa. Here's what I have for you today:

  • A market experience.

  • 6 magic souvenirs.

  • One weird carving.

Tha Prachan market. Near the Grand Palace in Bangkok.

Home of the magic amulets.

I spent an hour walking through stalls. Vendors unwrap velvet cloths. Show you trays of clay tablets and metal coins. Every piece has a story.

I picked five amulets.

1️⃣ One for charisma.

2️⃣ One for smooth talking.

3️⃣ One for authority.

4️⃣ One for clear thinking.

5️⃣ One for attracting customers.

Then I saw it.

A small wooden carving on a corner stall. The shape was unmistakable. Behind the stall stood an elderly Thai woman. Looked like someone's grandmother.

I picked it up. I was laughing.

She wasn't.

She looked me in the eye and explained what it was. Where it goes in a Thai home. Why people hang it in their shops. Same tone she would use for a Buddha statue.

It's called a palad khik. A fertility charm. Thais have used them for hundreds of years.

I took that too.

Six pieces total. 400 baht. About 15 US dollars.

In this video I show you all six. What each one is supposed to do. How to talk to vendors so they treat you like a guest instead of a tourist. And the mistakes you need to avoid.

Watch it before your trip. Tha Prachan is not what it looks like from the outside.

Chokdee!
